Ousmane Diagana
biography
Born in Nouakchott in Mauritania. After studying business, Ousmane Diagana turned to cinema and trained in directing and editing at the Maison des Cinéastes in Nouakchott. He also participated in several documentary writing residencies, before obtaining a degree in documentary filmmaking at the Jules Verne University in Amiens, France.
In 2011, he directed his first documentary "The Wound of Slavery".
