Aset was reunited with her father at the age of 14, when she arrived in France, leaving long after him his Native Congo. For Nina, it's not the same story: her mother gave birth to her in France, several years after fleeing the Ivory Coast. Today, each of us on our own side, we ask our parents to tell each other about it. To tell each other again, to tell each other better: in the gaping holes of the relationship between them and us, there are sorrows that look at France and Africa. Our parents are ready too. Together, we want to continue to write our stories.
